I use recycled packaging so there is no charge for this. I reuse boxes when I have some available Postage is £4.30 unless your order is large and needs to be sent my a more secure courier or adequately insured

 

I will offer a full refund if an item is faulty or not as described

I will replace damaged products if I have a replacement available. If not I will offer an alternative or a refund.

I cannot except returns if you change your mind due to the nature of the items Lost parcels will be chased via the courier and dealt with in the same way, an offer of a replacement, if that's not what you'd like or the items are not available  then a refund. Please allow 14 days for delivery once dispatched (it NEVER takes this long!)

We all have different skin types. I cannot make any promises about my products. They are all free of the harsh ingredients included in some bath and body products. I have had amazing feedback about the quality and mildness

A soap dish / rack is a great option as it allows the bar to dry out. If you leave the bar in water it will disintegrate. You can also hang bars in organza or cotton bags Storage tins are also a good option, dry the bar before replacing the lid!

There are a few options. Conditioner will soak up the hair so you can apply the bar onto the bottom half of your hair, then scrunch the bottom of your hair. You can also section hair and add the conditioner stroking it down the section of hair selected. You can run the bar under the shower or under running water prior to soften slightly. It may feel like you are transferring little product, you can feel the benefit when swilling from your hair. You can also use the bar as a 'leave in'

Rub the bar directly onto wet hair. Massage the shampoo into your hair and scalp, rinse out and you're all done.
